  1. Man Ukraine is going to be such a insane ally to have. I hope NATO or a new version of it includes Ukraine in all it’s warroom decisions.

The country has prevailed against a country much bigger then it. I know Ukraine had a decent military before the war due to 2014 Crimea. But man is it ever impressive how quickly and effectively they have built up arms and drones.

    Fuck Russia

  2. What’s different/ special about this “ Flamingo “ missile. ?

  3. My hovercraft is full of eels, yours is full of flamingos. We are not the same.

  4. Forged in fire, keep the good fight Ukraine. Don’t accept an inch of YOUR land being taken by invaders.

  5. Their evolution in technology and tactics in war is insane, and if a major conflict occurs whoever is their ally will have a big advantage.

  6. This headline is kind of nuts if you imagine reading just like it 4 years ago.

Is Command & Conquer XIV seeping into real life?

  7. Damn that thing is massive! Like a V-1 on steroids!

  8. Are we just gonna gloss over the presence of hovercraft?

  9. I guess flamingos make boats feed barnacles. Cycle of life

  10. I forgot that Russia went all in on building hovercraft. There’s a reason why we switched away from them!

  11. Anybody have insight into why this was selected as a target? The barracks hit is interesting, as is the impact to the east of the compound.

Does this mean the babies are going back to crimea?

  12. Which hovercraft? Are these small troop carriers, or large troop * equipment carriers?

  13. Date I ask what cursed piece of machinery Russia is calling a hover craft? Is it like a sea plane that can’t get very high?

  14. Why spend money building weapons to destroy hovercrafts when a single Jackie Chan can do it much cheaper?

  15. I’m sure there’s a reason that the missile is called a Flamingo, but I haven’t read the article. I kind of don’t want to, because the fact that I may someday soon read news titled “Russian Offensive Annihilated by Ukrainian Flamboyant” (term for a flock of flamingos) satisfies me on so many levels, that I don’t want to ruin it for myself.

  16. Flamingo Missiles taking out hoverboards? This sounds like a trailer for Fortnite or COD lol

  17. The reason as the why it’s called the flamingo is also a good one. During development there was a defect that caused the missile to be produced bright pink and the name stuck.

  18. That is a huge flamingo! Producing something like that requires a lot of resources.

  19. May a flock of Flamingoes nest in your Kremlin.

  20. I hope that this report is accurate. If it is, all I have to say is, “Yeah! Yippee! Yahoo! Fantastic! Go, Ukraine, go! LONG LIVE A FREE AND INDEPENDENT UKRAINE!”
