Vespin Global, an artificial intelligence (AI) service company, announced on the 3rd that it will form a strategic alliance with Weverse Brain, a company specializing in AI-based education platforms, to jointly develop AI education platforms for enterprises and expand markets.

Vespin Global provides cloud and AI managed service operation capabilities and global market experience, and Weverse Brain combines AI-based education platform technology and educational content planning and operation know-how.

In particular, it plans to create new market opportunities in the education field by integrating and developing an industry-specific corporate education platform that combines Vespin Global’s HelpNow Agentic AI Platform and Weverse Brain’s Max AI World, which already have various cases specialized in education, including the Ulsan Office of Education’s “AI.”

The new platform uses AI to optimize the curriculum for each individual and automatically provides specialized content for each industry group. Companies can simultaneously strengthen their employees’ work capabilities and speed up digital transformation, and they can also increase the efficiency of talent management and organizational operations through analysis of learning data.
