On September 4, in Kachkarivka, Kherson region, the occupiers used a strike drone from which they dropped an explosive device onto a man. The incident was recorded at around 13:30.
According to the regional military administration, a 64-year-old man sustained concussion and injuries from the blast and shrapnel, with injuries to his face, abdomen, arms, and legs. Medical staff confirmed a moderate condition; the injured man is currently in hospital under specialists’ supervision.
Earlier that same day the occupiers also shelled the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson, resulting in workers of one of the local utility companies coming under fire. The circumstances are being clarified by the relevant services.
