  4. I don’t think she’s wearing a wig. Possibly extensions to make her hair look fuller. That color unfortunately ages her. She looks to be 50, instead of her early 40s. Interesting how a change in hair color can do that.

  11. Guess I’m crazy, I actually like it on her. It’s just not good styling when she has it around her face and not behind her ears.

    Also, it’s clearly not a wig. Get a grip everyone lol. There may be some extensions, but it’s her hair.

Everyone should wear what makes them feel their best, but I really think if her hair is thinned from chemo, age, or whatever reason it would mean a lot to women who are facing the same issues if she just was open about it. The press would criticize her, but most people would praise her, I think.

    Also if she is going to wear a hairpiece she should get a better one. This is so obviously a topper!

  18. This appears to be a topper, no shame there, but the color is awful. It’s really washing her out. Whoever did this to her belongs in prison.

  20. God people are so cruel. I’m in the exact same position as her, dealing with your hair post chemo is an absolute nightmare. Wigs look like wigs, toppers look like toppers, extensions look gappy and terrible and waiting for it to grow back is a YEARS long process. I think she looks AMAZING, the amount of strength and courage she has to have to step out in public when she is probably extremely self conscious would be devastating. I feel for her, please be fucking kind, she is a literal warrior.

    But this particular choice is not flattering. Kate doesn’t look good in lighter colored hair.

  23. I like the idea of this wig/topper, but not the execution. I’m glad she’s gone with a lighter hair color even if it doesn’t suit her complexion as well as her natural brown. Her hair has become such a focal point for her that it must feel really liberating to say “fuck it” and dye it a lighter color.

  24. Yikes, what’s with the brassy blonde? A good toner would make that look so much better. That color washes her out terribly.
