Zelenskyy: In general, Putin is trying to show that the pressure on him has no effect. In reality, we believe the situation is different, fundamentally different.

  1. Ukraine’s strategic weakening of Russia is proving brilliant! ❤️🇺🇦❤️

  2. Just keep on taking out those enemy oil assets as priority.

  3. This is why we love Zelensky. He doesn’t claim he is sure. He qualifies it. He may be right, he may be wrong (he’s right) but there is room for debate. A lot of what I see on Reddit and on the internet generally has been: Russia, glorious success. Continously. For nearly four years. I think this is the crucial difference. Reality is Ukraine’s best friend. Russia is in La La Land (we have a word for it ‘Potemkin’ for obvious Russian nonsense).

There are two kinds of countries: those that aren’t doing well – the counties of Western Europe, North America, Korea, Japan, Australia and New Zealand and so on. And there are countries where everything is always good and getting better all the time, permanently like Russia, China, North Korea etc. Reality wins in the end. Also people overwhelmingly move from one group to the other in one direction, can you guess why that is?

  4. If Putin didn’t need to, he wouldn’t go to any summits, but would pretend that he was powerful enough to take over the globe.

  5. This is the thing with these situation, it has no effect until the whole house of cards comes falling down. We can see everything isn’t fine in Russia, how long can they last, this is always the economic question of war and in the end it is up to who has the best logistics.

Reality is here, while America is being a Russian puppet, Europe can not afford to lose, but at the same time a lot of entities, Russia, China, India, Europe, America, all have an interest in draining Russian resources until complete collapse, and in the case of using European and Russian resources this is only favourable for other parties like India and China who can focus on more productive outputs.

What happens is Ukraine, and the lives of Russian peasants, are stuck in the middle.

  6. Bit by bit the sanctions dig in. Bomb bay doors failed to open, another plane wouldn’t even take off and another crashed very soon after takeoff.
And that’s just a few days. Imagine the nightmare of having to maintain the aircraft, any aircraft, in Russia.
    Well done Zelenskyy!

  7. If you all aren’t already following him, checkout Perun’s presentation on the oil refinery strikes from this past week. Fascinating and a balanced take that shows the dramatic difference in impact between 2024’e refinery strikes and these. I can’t wait til Flamingo enters the chat
