  1. > While his decision to ultimately leave Los Angeles in 2008 and start fresh in Arizona came at the peak of his career, Muniz said the move actually “saved” his life.

    > “Honestly, I did not like L.A. So I moved to Arizona, and I love it,” he told the outlet. “I feel like it saved my life in the sense that I started enjoying the little aspects of life more, like hiking [and] going to the grocery store, because it was easy.”

  2. I saw him in a really awful hair replacement infomercial recently, while eating breakfast at a hotel. It was brutal to watch.

  3. I wish I could have retired at 24 and done whatever I wanted. Sick move.

Loved Malcom, look forward to the new season.

  4. He couldn’t get work, so he left for a cheaper city, the end.

  5. He had good people and good family around him, I’m glad he’s happy, thanks for making me laugh my ass off Frankie!

  6. I went to his olive oil shop in Scottsdale when he still ran it. The olive oils were incredible and he was great to talk to. We talked cooking for a while and he was super knowledgeable. He seemed super happy just living his life selling olive oil.

  7. Hollywood will eat you alive if you’re young and have a ton of money to burn. Seems like he made some great choices.

  8. I just watched him (again) play an incredible Buddy Holly.

  9. Ran into Frankie when he first moved to Arizona. He is a very genuine guy, one of those people you can be immediate friends with.

  10. Good for him! He escaped the childhood stardom curse.
