Info for those who may not have seen my previous post. I’m in Florida, this is a custom front plate. My previous one had the coat of arms on it and I was informed through this sub that no vehicle was allowed to have it. I hope this one makes up for my mistake, thanks again!
This looks like a *proper* German licence plate. Good job.
You’ve even got valid TÜV!
It is better, but not perfect. If you have a license plate at the front and the back, the front one only has the “Zulassungsplakette” Sticker.
The license plate at the back shows the Zulassungsplakette and the TÜV Sticker 🙂
And because this Mercedes is old, also older license plates would be also a nice match, search for “Deutsche Kennzeichen DIN”.

I’m surprised you can just take off your American plates and replace them with whatever you want. In Germany, this wouldn’t fly at all. Even using another perfectly official German license plate other than your own is illegal but removing it and replacing it with, say, an American one would definitely raise a lot of suspicion and police will probably flag you down within seconds of spotting you.
