Never heard of Consumer Choice Center. Are they legit?
That’s has to be fake, Frankfurt am Main HBF at 25!? Every time I’m there, every train is late and there are crackheads taking meth/fent on the floor.
Okay, two things about this:
1) They only ranked 51 stations across Europe. So if you wonder why Wrocław is the highest in Poland so is it because it is the only one in Poland that is in their study, seemingly because they were curious about its renovations.
2) The methodology partly gives poibts on things that might not be super relevant. For example, max 10 points for not having delays but max15 for having many stores (Krakow would crush that category) and also things like 9 points for having manual ticket booths open 24h as if no one buys tickets online.
