  5. Rightmove tells me that the cheapest one bedroom flat in Hammersmith is £900/month. Then every other one of the other 132 flats listed for rent are more than £1,400. I am going to assume he is paying at least £1,400 a month.

    Is there a reason that a bloke who owes £35k in costs, who has no job, needs to live in one of the most expensive parts of the country? His previous home was in Kent, so I am going to assume his children are likely there- so no reason to stay in Hammersmith for child contact reasons.

    Charlie can move to Dover where he can rent a one bed flat for £550 a month, see his kids, keep being unemployed and use the extra £900 to start repaying his debts.

  13. He’s only just dropped his libel case against The Times who wrote in 2018 that an aide had reported him to both the Tory whips office and the police for rape but neither took any action.

    The legal firm he used, Carter-Ruck, are notorious expensive. They specialise in libel lawsuits which have no merit from a legal point of view but have the potential to bankrupt the other party with legal costs. They famously claimed costs of £40,000 to send 4 letters. Russian oligarchs love them for this as it makes reporting on their activities too risky for the British press.
