  2. That was an inept way to do things. From where he put the grenade he was in more danger of blowing his balls off or gutting himself than killing himself. Having watched countless Ruzzians killing/trying to kill themselves I believe the only sure way is to hold a grenade firmly against your temple.

On a human level I can’t even imagine the terror, pain, and suffering in that moment. Last moments of life looking at your maimed body in some random field knowing you’re absolutely fucked.

  16. I lost part of a leg and I remember waking up from surgery and I just wanted to end it, the pain was like no other. What a waste. Go home, invaders.

  21. Wouldn’t surprise me one bit that the grenade only made it worse for the last 10 minutes of his life after the end of this video.

    I remember one of the earliest Russian suicides caught on video. Dude pulled the pin, then held it in both hands, at arms’ length in front of his face. When it blew, it removed most of both hands and appeared to strip the skin from his face. But he was very much alive, apparently for quite a while afterward.

  24. I don’t understand why they are so quick to suicide themselves? It seems as though that’s the common answer to being wounded.

  28. Tomorrow I will be attending a football game with 10 other friends, drinking bear and eating brats and having a lovely day. And somewhere in Ukraine, some Russian will be blowing himself up because he thought going to Ukraine was a swell idea.
