  1. “Fell apart” is an odd way to rephrase “resulted in US special forces massacring civilians on sight and desecrating the bodies to hide it, then refusing to say anything publicly for over half a decade”, New York Times.

  3. For every handful of victims that make it into the news there are probably scores more the public will never hear about. And not just the US; the Brits and Aussies were not too long ago trying to suppress whistleblowers within the ranks from testifying about their spec ops colleagues who were snuffing out civilians for shits & giggles in Afghanistan.

  4. I feel so bad for the families of the fishermen. They never had a body to bury and lost their main breadwinners. It’s outrageous that the feds had the gall to call the slaughter of innocent fishermen “justified”.

  5. ‘nuclear-powered submarine, nearly two football fields long’ even in a serious article such as this onethey can’t stop Americanising the length of something.

  6. This is a wild embarrassment for our country. The North Korean people are some of the most vulnerable peoples on earth. i dont know what can even be done at this point but I can only hope for some sort of accountability.
