  12. You can imagine a lot of confusion among the demonstrators who probably dont understand that this is Northern Ireland supporters, not Republic of Ireland supporters. Not that all NI supporters are like this of course. This group are a blight and embarrassment on us all. They should stay in Germany where their views are more mainstream.

  14. I was in France in 2016 and ended up mixing a bit with the NI fans, got on pretty well with them and it definitely helped soften my attitude towards them and the unionist community in general.

For a long time if anyone asked me where I was from, or what nationality I was, I would reply Northern Irish – I’d say not British, not Irish but Northern Irish as I viewed that as remaining neutral which was in itself a political act given where I was born and the culture I grew up in. (Unionist).

    Witnessing Palestine and seeing the Irish response made me realise that I am Irish – I despise every thing British and I fucking hate the Northern Irish.

    I am Irish, and I donate to Palestine and I wear a t-shirt supporting their cause and no longer will I sit on the fence.
