Hi. First of all, this is a throwaway account.

I’m a minor, in a different EU country that is nearby. My family situation has degraded to a point where I no longer feel safe to continue living in the same household. A total of 4 people, whom I know very well, have told me that I am being abused with certainty; a further 2 are unsure, but are definitely not on the side of “no abuse”. I have considered seeking refuge inside of my own nation; the main issue is that I am LGBT, and my nation has absolutely 0 protections for LGBT people and will in no way, shape or form attempt to help me be myself.

I have got a friend of mine whom is in Germany, and they’re willing to take me in in case I need them to: the first issue is, can I be sure that I will not end up being deported to my family, if I do show them my documents? There is a very high likelihood there will be a searching operation for me in some capacity, which means that giving them my documents means being immediately linked back, which means there’s a possibility I will just be sent back to the jurisdiction of my own nation, in the hands of its CPS (which I do not trust in any way).

The second issue: if I do manage to stay within the borders of Germany, without documents, is there any chance for me to be able to obtain some form of asylum, even if I am not being persecuted by my State directly, but have still been harmed and (partially?) forced to relocate?

Third issue: no matter if I do have documents or not, will I somehow be able to stay with my friend, whom is an adult, whom could become my legal guardian, even though this would be decided by a family court?

I have tried looking over [this](https://www.bamf.de/EN/Themen/AsylFluechtlingsschutz/UnbegleiteteMinderjaehrige/unbegleiteteminderjaehrige-node.html), though this is mostly in relation to unaccompanied minors whom come from outside of the EU and who have absolutely nobody, so I am not sure if it is of help to me.

  1. Check regulations on Emancipation of minors in your country. Also consider consulting teenager hotlines on the same subject.

    All the best
