‘Crazy tortoise lady’ from Bishop’s Stortford devastated as thief breaks into garden to steal 20 of her precious pets

1. Stealing someone’s pet is seriously cunty behaviour. It should definitely be elevated above just stealing property. 

2. Five other tortoises escaped. Police said: “We tried to catch them, but they were just too fast for us”.

3. At least not call her ‘crazy tortoise lady’ in the title when she’s the victim.

   Why would anyone want to see this is beyond me.

5. Spain brought in some type of law protecting pets as part of the family, does anyone know more before I Google it?

   Edit.In 2023 they bought in certain criteria for owning pets including a course if you were getting a dog.All pets to be chipped, and pets to be recognised as sentinels, amongst other things.

6. I hope they get the pets back and catch the bastards who did it. Can’t read the article.
