1. It’s been four years, and this is the first time Russia strikes a govt building? That sounds strange. Everyone else hits govt buildings the very moment hostilities start taking place. For some reason they never prioritized govt buildings.

2. The article is written in a way that can easily be misread. This isn’t the first time that Russia has hit a government building, nor is it the first time that they have attacked the main government building.

   But this is the first time that a rocket has successfully got through Ukrainian air defence towards the main government building and has actually hit it.
