Any electricians on here? Was using an electric strimmer in the garden and it’s knocked off half the plug sockets in the house. Any of these looks like blown fuses?

  1. Usually when they pop the metal spring on the back is popped out or sticking out or sometimes discolored hard to tell but the first one might be out

  2. These can come loose easily, first check if any are loose. As another poster said, check each one and the spring clip position will let you know which is blown and needs to be replaced- it usually pops out.

  3. Thanks for the assistance but my missus figured it out. She switched around the fuses and realised one of them was blown so we’ll have to get a replacement fuse. Not so bad.

  4. Wow, I haven’t seen such, hmm, *old school* fuses for at least thirty years. Please do yourself a favor and replace them with something more contemporary.
