Relevant to the UK because he was British (until his citizenship was stripped in 2018), two of his victims were British, and after 15 years in prison in the US he’s supposed to be returned to the UK to spend the rest of his life in prison here.

He was the one bleating about not being put on trial in the US unless they guarantee not using the death penalty because of ‘muh rights’? That’s funny, I thought IS had no moral objections to execution…or just about anything else.
