The barrage of drones and missiles fired by Russia has hit several buildings across Ukraine, including for the first time the government building in Kev. Russia has stepped up its attacks in recent weeks, and Ukraine’s allies have been unable to push for talks to end the war or bring a ceasefire. Meanwhile, Ukraine said it hit a Russian oil pipeline in the Briansk region. Energy exports have been Russia’s main way to finance the war.
