1. I’m not sure if it’s just being reported more, but mindless acts of vandalism towards priceless historical artefacts and sites seems to be a lot more common nowadays. It’s so infuriating. Why can’t we just respect things?

4. So depressing the rise of historical sites being vandalised, I thinks is a general lack of respect.

   People littering seems to be social norm now, which utterly disgusts me.

   I will never ever understand how these people think.

6. In a couple of hundred years time, historians will be fawning all over them like they do with graffiti from a couple of hundred years ago now.

   I’d upload a photo of graffiti from Hampton Court Palace, but alas, I can not.

8. Splashing photos of the names over the bbc website isn’t helpful. It’s just encouraging more kids to vandalise to get their brief moment of Internet fame
