Why does it seem like every Tory Peer has been involved in Fraud and/or has some offshore business setup?
From the article; her home isn’t owned by her, I hope HM takes it if the company is found to commit Fraud.

Maximum sentence for fraud is 10 years according to the sentencing councils website, ideally if convicted she’ll get something on the upper end of the scale. I really hope the NCA are able to start having stuff off of her under POCA as well, that’ll really sting.
