Netanyahu says ’50 terror towers’ destroyed in Gaza City, tells residents to ‘get out of there’

1. 50 terror towers.

   So basically they just bombed 50 buildings, likely inhabited. And are justifying it by calling them terror towers.

   Is there like, any ‘verifiable’ proof of that?

   Are they including hospitals in those ‘terror towers’ cause if their standards of what makes a tower a valid target are ANY less strict than what makes, say… A hospital full of international journalists, or an aid convoy, or a random girl fetching water valid targets, then I don’t really trust this moniker.

   It literally sounds like the kind of lie trump would say to incite his base. “We just took out 50, count em, 50 terror towers. Everyone’s saying we did great, etc etc”

2. Yes, also the buses in tel aviv are also buses used by terrorists, if civilians buildings are army targets, then do not blame people when they are desperate to revenge. This is not new for iof, also let’s just imagine what happened before having mass media as we know it today

4. “Get out of there” to where? Where can they go that is affirmatively not going to be bombed just for the sake of doing so. This is entrapment. Same vein as setting up “aid sites” and then mowing people down as they approach.

5. This is the language of hysteria. 

   We’ve seen this before when people declare their weapons to be in god’s hands and surrender responsibility for their wanton violence to an imaginary power. 

   When Crusaders stormed Jerusalem the first time, they prayed to keep the innocent away from them and declared that anyone who they encountered was delivered to them for slaughter by divine will. 

   If god won’t even strike you down upon request, it’s obvious that he won’t take control of your violence and spare the innocent. These sorts of people never truly believe, otherwise they’d have enough faith to give up just one of their lives to demonstrate god’s power.

   In a way, this is a relief. If the Israelis are talking like this, it is a sign of desperation as they run out of excuses and lies to peddle.

   Anyone who isn’t a lunatic or a sleazy politician can plainly see that they don’t have a viable military plan to win- they’ve been driving around Gaza for years, killing people and achieving nothing. 

   Taking Gaza City and scattering the population  achieves nothing except providing new footage for the daily genocidal broadcasts for Israeli television- those savages want to see suffering on their televisions, genocide in the Israeli bread and circuses. 

   It won’t do much damage to Hamas- they’ve got layers and layers of tunnels stretching across the territory, in a maze like network. Unless the Israelis are going to dig trenches over a mile deep, they aren’t going to meaningfully sever the Hamas tunnel network. Blowing up a tunnel or there and covering up some entrances doesn’t matter when there are so many tunnels with redundant connections.

   What passes for the opposition in Israel is halfheartedly pointing out that Netanyahu cannot deliver anything resembling military victory, while also failing to acknowledge that they can’t deliver victory either- it’s a country that lives in delusions, and a binary worldview makes it easier to swallow lies.

   Taking ground on a map doesn’t matter when the enemy can hide under the ground and wait for an opportunity to attack. It’s been more than two years and all Israel has managed to achieve is to slow down the speed with which the Hamas political leadership can exchange messages with the military leadership. 

   Killing their leaders and their fighters doesn’t matter, someone else will step up to fill the position because simply being Palestinian is enough to oppose the occupation, any Palestinian can do the job- isn’t that Israelis say when they are trying in vain to justify killing Palestinian children? 

   It’ll take someone truly exceptional in Israeli society to speak the unwelcome truth: this whole war and all of the suffering can be traced directly back to Israel’s efforts to oppose the two state solution by supporting Palestinian extremists, there is no military victory that is possible because Israel’s support for Hamas has created an enemy it can not defeat without Palestinian help. 

   In a way, this sort of language is a positive development- the Israelis are losing their belief in themselves. 

6. What the hell is a “Terror Tower”? Are we at the phase of the war where we’re just making shit up? And as long as it is a catchy alliteration, you get a pass?

7. they are just killing and destroying buildings , making the place totally inhabitable forcing people to rather on Rafah and then force Egypt to open borders , to take in nearly 2 million people that was the plan from start we are in the end phase now.
   And of course the buildings were Khaamas just like all hospitals, schools , medical clinics , universities .
   we have all seen countless pictures and videos of victims of Israeli genocide but am yet to see a single photo of anyone killed with a gun or any kind of weapon Israel is doing what it does best kill unarmed kids and civilians, IDF is not called the diaper army for nothing.
