Help: Craigavon/Tullygally Dog Attacks

Hi All,

I need help identifying the owner of these dogs who were attacking people in Craigavon around Tullygally shops.

Multiple people were attacked and bitten, including women pushing prams with young babies. This could have ended alot differently, so need to have the owner and dogs dealt with. The owner lives locally as he came down to Tullygally shops and brought them back home.
