   These rickshaws are a huge problem in Soho. They need to be melted down for scrap.

   I mean, he said nonchalantly that terrorism is part of living in this city. What else to expect?

6. Trading standards needs to be heavily reenforced and nationalised. The stupid thing is it would easily be self funding via fines.
