Reposting because i didn't explained it well earlier.
I'm an international student who studies masters. Last july i moved into a 4 room apartment. When i went for a visit there were 3 rooms vacant 2 rooms with the same rent and one room with a higher rent because that room was with the balcony. So when i went to check out the apartment i told them i need the big room ( not with the balcon) and they agreed. And when i moved in they photographed the room as a part of protocol and they send the photos to me as a part of the protocol. And i even thought who is even going live in that small room because no one would take that room with that rent. But the real twist is they sent me the contract of that small room. And told me this is for the room im staying.
And now they are threatening me to change my room to that small room or else they will move legally.
I still have the protocol pictures they sent me of my room before i move in.
Will i be in trouble if I didn't agree to move out.
I think this is the only way they get a tenent in tht room

Okay, that completely changes everything. Join the Mieterschutzbund and get some legal council from them. Since you still have the pictures, it should be possible to prove that you genuinely thought you were moving into the other room.
For future reference, though: Don’t sign contracts with „mistakes“ in them.
So they sent you a written contract for the small room?
Did you sign it?
you should have contested the contract once you noticed the mistake. As long as there is nothing in writing, you will have difficulties to prove your side of the situation. or to phrase it more bluntly:
“wer schreibt, der bleibt”.
Sorry, but whatever is written in the contract is what you willingly signed for. Only if you can prove that you were coerced to sign or that the contract was manipulated later on, can possibly be nullified. If you didn’t agree with the contract in the first place, you shouldn’t have signed it. You cannot “fight” this.
Very annoying, but unfortunately not a scam, just bad management. They openly admit that they made a mistake when showing you the room
Did you notice it before signing the contract or only after they contacted you?
What does the contract say? Is it room number 1 or room number 3? If it says room number 3 and you willingly signed it, then idk how you would be in the right. But I’m also not a lawyer. Go find a lawyer.
