  7. “She’s not a criminal, and never has been”- I’m fairly certain that trying to smuggle £15m of cocaine into the country makes you a criminal, but I’ll admit I’m not a legal expert.

  31. I don t understand how people are coerced into things like this. Even if I was, the first moment I was at the airport and away from those coercing me I’d find airport security/police and declare what had happened.

    No doubt I could still be in a lot of shit but I’m sure I’d have a much better case if I told someone before boarding rather than getting to another country and adding “smuggling” to the list of potential charges.
