5. Ukraine is simply going to have to find a way on their own. The outside world is getting numb to their plight. It’s all so fucking tragic.

6. Realistically, what can we do? Hold our politicians accountable? Agree that Russia needs to feel maximum pain, but elected officials are so set on keeping oil/gas prices low to prevent the uproar from the majority of their population. Russia is at a point where it can be defeated economically and strategically; the West needs to unify for a coordinated, strong response.

   But I thought Donetsk was the Russian part of Ukraine that Putin is trying to protect. Is it possible that he’s been lying about literally this entire time?
