Sotomayor says SCOTUS ruling lets ICE “seize anyone who looks Latino”

1. I hear they going to be getting hoods for those robes.

2. The small amount invested in promoting and indoctrinating extreme right wing judges, all of whom claim to be applying the Constitution, while simultaneously shredding it, is paying off in the hundreds of billions of dollars for those who built the Federalist Society.

3. Or, darker and more precisely – it lets ICE seize anyone who *they decide* looks “Latino”.

4. Another poster reminded that that SCOTUS earlier thia year ruled that Universities can not use race when considering college applicants, and today ruled that ICE can use race to stop people on the street and detained or arrest them.

   Wonderful to have an impartial SCOTUS ruling on critical legal issues affecting today’s society.
