1. This is some horrific narrative. I am pretty upset after reading this. These two IDF snipers belong in prison for murder. They seem unaware that they are monsters.

2. In my opinion, serving in a foreign army is a treason, and it should automatically revoke your citizenship, even it was a major ally country.

3. Daniel Raab should not be able to return to the US without either going to jail, or being relentlessly harassed anytime he leaves his house. He should know no further peace in this lifetime, that right has been forfeited by his actions.

9. whats incedibly annoying to me is that this is genuinely impressive reporting coming from the guardian but most center left coded spaces online and where have you (think /r/neoliberal or /r/Enough_Sanders_Spam ) pretty much pigeon hole publications like the guardian for being too “biased”

   meaning the only people who are regularly exposed to the severe rot and atrocities being commited is much more limited. most journalists are from al jazeera, but thanks to arabphobic racists they have it smeared as a terrorist rag.

10. Question is raised, if these IDF murderers are now chilling back in their TRUE homes, Chicago and Munich, are Palestinian survivors justified in targeting them in their homes in the West?

11. “I mean, what was so important about that corpse?” about a teenager trying to retrieve his murdered brother’s dead body. If you *think* something like that, let alone feel comfortable saying it to a newspaper reporter, you’re just cooked as a human being. Your conscience, your compassion, your soul is cooked. The compassionate part of me wants to believe this disgusting brainwashing could be undone someday (inside a prison cell, preferably), but like…I don’t think so. I think people like this are just gone.

13. The pathetic reality that the US, that supposed bastion of democracy, has issued sanctions against the International Criminal Court, so nothing will happen to this Chicago-born murderer.

    When US citizens murder innocent people in Palestine, the US government does nothing.

    When US citizens are murdered by Israel, the US government does nothing.

    The US has shown that it doesn’t partake in old-fashioned international law. It’s an empty, capitalist entity that brings misery to much of the world. Disgusting.
