I send a registered letter, 1 page document from Philippines to Germany. Strangely the letter was returned with the notice lack of documentation. The tracking said import terminated from the german post!!
After checking with the postmaster in Manila: the postage was correct!!! The adress was 100% correct also!! Since 20 years I am sending each year 1 letter to this adress without any problems!!! AND NOW THIS OMINOUS THING HAPPENED!! 😩🤯
ANY IDEARS WHAT'S HAPPENING WITH THE DEUTSCHE POST??? WHY THE LETTER WAS IMPORT TERMINATED AND RETURNED TO ME???

Hi there,
Dont shout please. Use your inside voice when talking to other people.
“per ips insufficient documentation” implies that the letter was considered as a package, not as a letter, and therefore was lacking customs information, as per International Postal System.
Was the postage correct? Was the content of the letter somehow strangely thick, or too heavy for a letter? It could also have been just a misclassification of the letter as a package, either by PH Post or Deutsche Post.
Consider this, and just try again, if you are certain that the requirements should be fulfilled and nothing else is wrong.
