  1. Both Montenegro and Serbia will be above Turkey from this year. Also North Macedonia and Bosnia in 2023 will be quiet close too. On the other hand Albania, Kosovo and Moldova are still behind

    Gdp per capita PPP(purchasing power parity) is more accurate if you want to compare living standards. Many sectors are not directly correlated with us dollar in Turkey. Let me give you an example, I pay approximately 0.5 Usd for Amazon prime subscription in Turkey.

    According to IMF 2022 data:

    GDP per capita PPP serbia: rank 91 23,904$

    GDP per capita PPP Turkiye: rank 62 37,488$

    So Serbia has a long way to catch up 😉
