At no point in time was it much lower than 3 in 5. It’s natural to consider this when young. It’s not going to translate into shag all tho because there are nowhere near the same options there once was.
Does it count as immigration if you stay within the EU? Like, you guys don’t need to actually do anything special for that, right?

Well…pretty much everyone I know considered emigration when they were under 25, I did it when I was 21.
Between 20 and 30 is pretty much the ideal age to do it, young and very little to no responsibility, the right mix of invincibility, stupidity, and adventure does that to you.
