  4. The problem is American support. Without the US, Europe is too… afraid to invoke Article 5.

The proper response is multi-pronged, short, medium, and long ranged all upping the ante in aid (hard and soft, military and financial) to Ukraine, tightening and increasing sanctions on Russia, and a whole host of other measures not discussed in public (that Russia will find out about and some Russia won’t know about for quite a long time).

    Will the US and/or NATO do any of it? Who the hell knows at this point and it’s why Putin does this crap in the first place, cuz (the collective) we let him get away with it.

  12. By the way, at least 20 drones flew towards Poland. Half of them were shot down by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

  20. The response to this should be moving NATO air defense batteries into every oblast bordering a NATO member state since Russia can’t even control their own drones (assuming you believe it was unintentional).

    If you believe it was intentional (it was) the response should be the same. Free up Ukrainian air defense in those regions and prevent further attacks from even making it into NATO airspace.

    It’s ludicrous to me that they refuse to do anything time and time again.
