75-year-old man accused of attempting to hit people with car

Oh. Whoa. Oh my god. Hang on. He just tried to hit them again. Start a fire department. Roger. The 75-year-old in the Beamer convertible seen driving towards the people and then driving off again, but he doesn’t make it far. He just tried ramming them again. He’s coming out. He’s got front end damage. How about y’all with him at Glenn Hill Road? Backup quickly swarms in. Sir, get out of the car. Get out of the car. Put your hands up. Put your hands up. Put your hands up. Turn around. The driver was taken into custody on several charges, including reckless endangerment, assault, and reckless driving. He was released on a $250,000 bond.

A 75-year-old driver is accused of attempting to hit pedestrians in Stonington, Connecticut.

Officers responded to Mason Island Road at Glen Hill Road and said they found an injured pedestrian. Witnesses directed officers to the suspect vehicle stopped in traffic nearby.

As seen in the newly released dashcam video, an officer approached the driver and spoke with him before he deliberately drove his vehicle into a stone wall where the victim was sitting with other people nearby.
