As I Understand, we have Kurdish Forces, Turkey forces and ISIS, and all three are trying to kill each other, so why the hell would Turkey bother with trying to get an enemy corpse sent home? Maybe ask YPJ to collect her body to send it home, Turkey not about to enter in to a Combat zone to dig up a grave because some Court ordered them to endanger someone elses life to do so.
