AUSTIN, Texas — Taste Lake Travis is back for its third year, bringing the culinary delights of the Texas Hill Country to food and beverage enthusiasts. The festival, which highlights local flavors, promises more than just food and drinks this year.
Karen Shultz, CEO of Taste Lake Travis, shared some exciting details about the event. “Taste Lak Travis is our way of celebrating our community in the Hill Country and our culinary expertise and all the things we have to share out at Lake Travis, which is looking beautiful these days,” Shultz said.
For the younger attendees, the festival offers special programming to keep them entertained. “We’ve got our Little Taste Buds Kids Zone back again. And that’s being sponsored by Primrose Schools and KLA Schools, and they’ve got all kinds of fun activities, some food-related opportunities for the kids. ” Shultz said, ensuring that the event is family-friendly.
The festival’s success is largely due to community support, and Shultz expressed gratitude to those who have helped make the festival possible.
Taste Lake Travis will be held at a picturesque location, adding to the overall experience. Attendees can choose between general admission and VIP tickets, with each offering a unique experience. “Everything’s all inclusive for everybody. So the ticket price is all the food you can eat, all you can drink, all the fun you can have, and all the music you can enjoy,” Shultz said. “But the VIP experience has some extras. We’re going to have a special drink for VIPs from one of our local vendors, and there will be some special food there, and even private bathrooms.”
Tickets for the festival can be purchased online, making it easy for food lovers to secure their spot at this much-anticipated event.
