Prince Harry told a few lucky royal fans about his favorite Netflix shows, but it seemed like he forgot to include a very important one. The Duke of Sussex visited a reception for the charity WellChild during his short visit to the UK, where Special Recognition winner Grace Tutt, 13 asked what he and Meghan watch on Netflix and if he had any recommendations.
âMy wife and I just finished watching Hostage,â the Duke said via the Daily Mail. âItâs very good, itâs filmed here. If you havenât seen it, you should watch it.â He also listed down the reality dating show Love Is Blind. âAlthough if itâs unsuitable, it wasnât my recommendation!â he joked.
His wifeâs show With Love, Meghan premiered its second season on the streamer just a few weeks before the encounter on August 26, 2025. The comments come after reports that the Duke wasnât happy with how he was portrayed in the show. During the series, Markle reveals during a conversation with guest Tan France that Harry was actually the one who first said âI love youâ between the two of them. And according to RadarOnline, Harry is not pleased, with the outlet saying the revelation made him âfeel less of a man.â
âHarry is seething,â the source told the outlet. âHe feels Meghan has made him look weak by boasting he was the first one to drop the love bomb.â They continued, âFor a man who has spent his life trying to project strength, it stings,â explaining that, âHe told friends it makes him feel less of a man.â
âMeghan thought it was sweet to share,â another source said. âBut Harry believes their private moments are being turned into entertainment.â
Yet another insider explained, âHeâs proud of his relationship, but he doesnât want to be cast as the lovestruck puppy.â The source even added, âHeâs been venting that Meghanâs oversharing makes him feel emasculated,â and said, âMoments like this cut deep. He wants to be seen as strong, not the man who fell harder and faster.â
âItâs bruising for him,â the insider also said.
During the short trip, Prince Harry had his long-awaited reunion with his father, King Charles. Buckingham Palace confirmed the father and son met in Clarence House for a private tea, which marked their first time seeing each other in person since February 2024. When Harry was leaving the premises, he responded to reportersâ questions about his father, simply saying, âYes, heâs great.â
