I was playing the WhenTaken game today where you have to guess where and when you are. This location was in Tajikistan, but there's a building with a sign outside that looks like it has the Latvian flag and emblem in the top right. Does anyone know if Latvia invested or built in Tajikistan? I don't know what else it could be.
btw these are the Dushanbe Plaza Towers, I found nothing but pictures of them online
