Making swamps everywhere has unironically been Dutch militairy strategy for a long time. We had dams we could break to flood the area around Amsterdam.
I got an interview lined up about coordinating subsidies to revitalize the swamps. I will use that line. Saving nature is saving Europe.

I mean this literally worked for Ukraine. Russia couldn’t attack from most of Belarus since the area there is too swampy for tanks.
One of the most outspoken environmental groups here in Sweden is the leftist “Återställ Våtmarkerna” aka refill the swamps. They have been awfully quiet after this news.

Add a few Swamp Gyppos for extra protection. There’s no tank that cannot be disassembled for scrap.
