2. This is wild. Fake insurance on over 100 shadow vessels? That’s not just a loophole, it’s a full-blown international scandal. Can’t believe this went undetected for so long.

5. This is so simple, stop all vessels suspected/known to be russian shadow fleet, demand papers. Hold them until papers can be verified. It’s ok if this takes weeks. No problem. Just some paperwork. If russian navy or AF tries to muscle them away, shoot them down.

   Or keep bending over as usual.
