Athens and much of the Attica region will enjoy mostly clear skies today, with sunshine prevailing throughout the day. Temperatures are expected to range between 22 and 32 degrees Celsius, offering a slight relief compared to the hotter days of summer.

Northeasterly winds will be a key feature of the day, reaching 4 to 5 Beaufort and locally strengthening to 6 Beaufort in coastal and eastern districts. While conditions remain largely pleasant, residents should be prepared for stronger gusts, particularly around exposed areas of the capital.

Nationwide, the weather pattern will be similar, with generally clear conditions dominating across most of Greece. However, some areas in the east and the north may experience temporary cloud cover.

Early morning hours could bring light rain in parts of central Macedonia, while local showers may also develop in mountainous terrain during the afternoon. Winds will blow from the north at 3 to 4 Beaufort on land, becoming stronger over the Aegean where they will reach 5 to 6 Beaufort, and in certain spots later in the day even 7 Beaufort.

Thessaly, Eastern Mainland, Evia & Eastern Peloponnese: Variable cloud cover, with light morning rain possible in Thessaly and the Sporades, and afternoon showers in mountainous zones. Temperatures between 21 and 33°C, with the Sporades topping out at 27°C.

Cyclades & Crete: Predominantly sunny, though strong northerly winds at 5–6 Beaufort, locally reaching 7 later in the day. Temperatures from 23 to 30°C, in Crete up to 32°C.

Eastern Aegean Islands & Dodecanese: Mostly clear with north winds at 5–6 Beaufort, possibly strengthening to 7. Temperatures between 23 and 30°C, rising to 33°C in the southern Dodecanese.

Thessaloniki: Cloudier at times, with a chance of light rain in the morning and local mountain showers in the afternoon. Winds from the southeast at 3–4 Beaufort, temperatures between 21 and 29°C.

The weather will remain mostly clear tomorrow, with some localized cloud cover over the mainland, Evia, the Cyclades and Crete until the afternoon. Brief, scattered showers are possible in these areas, while from the evening onward clouds are expected to build again over Macedonia, bringing local rain.

Winds will be light and variable in the west, shifting to northwesterly at 3–4 Beaufort in the afternoon, while in the east they will continue from the north at 4–6 Beaufort, reaching 7 Beaufort locally over the Aegean. Temperatures will dip slightly in the east, where highs will stay between 28 and 31°C, while in the west they will be warmer, reaching 33 to 34°C.
