I’m not entirely sure about the video’s intentions, but it’s impossible to say there never was a Muslim Viking. Whether through raiding or trade, the two worlds came into contact with all its implications.

Therefore, despite a possible limited exposure (in contrast with the christian world) it’s impossible to say it wasn’t possible to 1\2 (or 10) actually being muslins. After all, the Norse converted to Christianity quite readily.
Vladimir the Great, of the Kievan Rus, even considered converting to Islam and only ruled it out because of the prohibition on alcohol consumption.
