Heya! My boyfriend and I just bought a Bauknecht KGDNF 203A refrigerator and have allowed the refrigerator to rest more than 12 hours. Our question is, will the fridge work if we just plug it in or do we have to do something with the condenser at the back for the fridge to work? According to the manual, we have to pull the condenser away from the refrigerator, but we don't understand how because there is a metal panel covering the backside of the fridge. There is also an additional instruction sheet that came with the fridge that appears to show some connections have to be made? (Pictures attached). It's all very vague and the biggest question is,
do we just plug in the fridge for it to work or should we also do something at the back of the fridge for it to work?

Not sure what the manual is on about, would need to read the whole thing. But I never once encountered a household appliance like a fridge in Germany which you would have to do some electric assembly on before use. Usually they’re just plug & play items.
Don’t do anything down there. After it stood in an upright position for a while the refrigerant liquid is where it is supposed to be and you can just plug it into the wall.
