Only up 11% next year then.
Thankfully, I already gave up on owning property as it really won’t be worth the effort to save up for a deposit based on today’s prices. I rather get fucked over now then save up and get fucked over in my 70s because that is how long it will take to save up and by then, i’ll either be having issues with my body giving up or just working until i’m 90. My retirement plan is to just die on the job after i’m 90. If someone really pisses me off, just tell them to fuck off, drop dead.
