Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are allegedly plotting “to replace” Prince William and Kate Middleton, says a Royal expert. The Duke of Sussex recently made a four-day trip to the UK for several charitable events, which also included a reunion with his father, King Charles.

The father-son pair met for the first time in 19 months at Clarence House on Wednesday. While some experts suggest this could be a path towards reconciliation, Richard Eden, the Daily Mail’s diary editor, has a different perspective.

In his latest piece for the Mail, Mr. Eden wrote: “Obviously, I can understand a father wanting to meet his son. Who wouldn’t? The problem is, he is not just a father, he is our Head of State, and I think Harry and Meghan are bad news for the Royal Family.” Meanwhile, Prince Andrew’s ‘extremely disrespectful’ move was revealed in new Jeffrey Epstein documents.

He further stated: “We have seen time and time again that they can’t be trusted. They exploit their Royal connections, and I don’t think it’s being paranoid to say that they want to be the alternative Royal Family.”

He concluded: “They want to replace Prince William and Catherine as the principal royals, and they undermine them.”

Meanwhile, royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams has suggested that Prince William and Princess Kate are likely to be “extremely suspicious” of Prince Harry. The Duke of Sussex, 40, recently returned to the UK for several charitable events.

Harry’s four-day trip, which is expected to wrap up today before he heads back to California to rejoin Meghan and their two children, included a meeting with King Charles on Wednesday at Clarence House.

The monarch had traveled from Scotland to London both for his weekly cancer treatment and to meet with the Prime Minister.

Although Harry had a three-hour window between engagements while in the capital, reports indicate he chose only to see his father. A reunion with William and Kate was not on the agenda, largely due to the continuing rift between the brothers, according to the Express.

Discussing the strained relationship, Mr. Fitzwilliams told the outlet how the Prince and Princess of Wales are likely to view Harry.

He explained: “I think William and Catherine will, rightly, regard Harry with extreme suspicion as will the King.”
