What else do you expect if any outdoor activity is potentially deadly due to cars going wild everywhere?

  1. You have so many options but in reality most maltese people don’t wanna train as they are lazy af.

    You can train at home, just doing some bodyweight exercises (30 min a day and you will feel much better)
    Or
    You can go to the gym, there will be easier to see progress on your body

    But it’s useless, these overweight/obese people already know that they can do this but they choose this lifestyle.
