News Image (Teleborsa) – Europe’s major markets are in positive territory. Piazza Affari also trades on a bullish note. Meanwhile, the New York trading floor is in positive territory with the S&P-500 marking an increase of 0.79%.

EUR / USD creeps higher, showing a +0.28% rise. Gold is essentially stable at 3,634 dollars per ounce. Light Sweet Crude Oil slumps -1.87% to land at 62.48 dollars per barrel.

The Spread (the difference between the Italian BTP and German Bund yields) drops to +87 basis points, down -2 BPs from its previous level, with the Italy 10-year BTP yield at +3.45%.

Among the European markets, resilient Frankfurt registers a small increase of 0.30%, London attracts bids with a +0.78% rise, and Paris is firmly in the black, progressing +0.8%.

The Milan bourse closes up as the FTSE MIB gains +0.89%, continuing its run after four consecutive rises, which began last Monday; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share delivers positive performance, finishing +0.9% up over the previous close.

The FTSE Italia Mid Cap is up +0.91%; on the same line, the FTSE Italia Star climbs +0.98%.

Stellantis (+9.18%), Buzzi (+6.77%), Leonardo (+2.87%) and MPS Bank (+2.08%) among the top performers in Milan.

DiaSorin sees the heaviest sell-offs, finishing trade -1.79% lower.

Nexi contracts moderately by -1.42%.

Campari is subdued, shedding -0.77%.

Prysmian falls just below its previous value.

Sesa (+10.79%), SOL (+4.93%), De’Longhi (+4.16%) and Cementir (+4.01%) are among the best performing stocks in the FTSE Italia Mid Cap basket.

El.En has the worst performance, closing -4.05% down.

Investors hurry to sell as D’Amico declines -2.47%.

MFE B plunges -2.22% on intense selling.
