This case reminds me of Kevin Spacey. He too knew that he was going to be outed for past misconduct, so he chose that time to come out as gay. Just like with the Bridgend MP, he was able to use his personal identity struggles to elicit sympathy and as a way to excuse his behaviour.
This guy is so at it. “Btw I’m trans ignore everything I’ve done, oh btw I’m not changing my pronouns or anything about myself.”

Trans woman chiming in here to say that me and all of my British trans friends hate this MP, he’s literally the British version of Caitlyn Jenner (and she is also hated by the trans community)
It‘s always this MP! From sugar daddy dating websites to car crash to getting charged for reckless driving, got three points on his license for something else. Real dodgy fellow who deserves to be removed.
I take all the trans stuff as face value because I can imagine it must be a terrible feeling to tell people your trans and them not believe you. That being said, you still committed a crime, you are still responsible for your actions, you didn’t forget to pay after filling up your car, you didn’t forget to scan your avocado at the self checkout, this is not a harmless situation, you were involved in an incident where someone could have died, and you left the scene.
Makes me see red. My adult daughter was run over (in London) on a pedestrian crossing by some fucker who failed to stop. Broken jaw, broken shoulder, broken ankle and damaged cervical vertebrae. Two years down the line she’s physically healed but her PTSD is so bad she’s unable to work at the moment. We never found the bastard driver or the car.
