Do you think they were just wasting their time?

  1. Unfortunately the governments lack of action and accountability on certain issues is fueling the support for this. Also it is making people lean towards reform it is entirely their own fault. Deal with the issues people are getting angry about and prevent outside influences from changing the British way of life.

  2. Since when was it fascism to go to a big rally, say your country is the best, say how much you hate foreigners, endlessly bleat on about right wing talking points and copmpond your message with violent thuggery? The world has gone woke. You’ll be saying we can’t send people we don’t like to concentration camps next.

  3. As we move those who seem like others into camps, Role our human rights for minority groups back and slide ever further into darkness by the week.

Yes they would weep, I am surprised the ground sea level of the country has not risen as we are lifted by these mens rotating in their graves at 8000 rpm like fucking propellors.

  4. I’ve said for a while that what’s going on rn is far too comparable to just before ww2. Far-right growing in popularity in one major place with one main charismatic leader, other countries following with similar political parties, both hating a group of people. The marches yesterday are comparable to cable street. Only they can’t see they’re on the wrong side.

  5. Small boats must stop.

Students and legal migration doesn’t count, we all know that.

We’re talking about boat after boat of fighting age men landing on the beaches and instantly giving them shelter, food, clothing, mobile phones and free money.

    While our ex-sevicemen struggle homeless.

    It’s a disgrace.

  6. Actions at the moment by a loud minority is bringing shame to these people who gave their lives and ability to defend and fight fascism.

  7. Those brave lads prevented a foreign invasion by people who wanted to convert the United Kingdom to their own violent beliefs and ways of life.

Today, the left think we shouldn’t waste our time…

  8. In my opinion this is how leave won the vote in Brexit. Parts of the more centre right riaise valid points. The idiotic right take those points and essentially polarise them. Then people on the left, particularly those further left of centre shout “Nazi” and “racists” and “facists” pushing those in the centre right, further right because they feel listened to there, not validated but listened to. And people on the right know what the arguments are from those leaning to the left, because we all start out on the left. The far right can be hateful and awful, and so can the far left. They are just a different mouth full.of shit from the same bowl

  9. I get that people are unhappy. I get that you think immigrants are the cause of all your ills (even though I would firmly disagree). But they Livestream in Elon Musk, a South African who meddles in US and global politics, richest man in the world, who uses his money to get away with doing Nazi salutes on TV, to tell a bunch of flag wavers to revolt against the government and “fight or die?”

Like the cognitive gymnastics required to go from “I love my country” to “Cheering for a foreigner cosplaying the third reicht telling me to destroy my country” is insane.

  10. You think they died for multiculturalism, mass migration and being sold to the whims of globalism? Okay buddy

  11. My Grandpa would be literally turning in his grave at the state of this country. He flew as a Rear Gunner in the RAF in WWII. He was awarded the DFC posthumously. To think people are in government positions around the world, and happily exhibit their Nazi ideals … it breaks my heart. I guess most Americans, and Musk, don’t realise that the UK isn’t so “left” or “right”. Even voting in the Labour Party got us a centrist and slightly right leaning party.

  12. Everyone keeps harping ok about illegal migration as if thats the only thing the govt needs to deal with! Does anyone know any other reform uk policies and if they are even realistic?!? Their polices are shit!

  13. If those brave soldiers could speak now you would get your answer, and we know what it would be…

  14. I liked it when the one with the moustache stuck his underpants on his head and two pencils in his ears

  15. They’re all spinning in their graves, that’s for sure…

  16. What I find hilariously ironic is that these far right lovers absolutely adore Churchill and are unwaiveringly patriotic about him yet Churchill literally fought against fascism in WW2

  17. What do you think the social views of the men in that picture would likely to have been? What was the ethnic composition of the UK at that time?

  18. Tommy and other populists think these men fought the wrong enemy.

  19. Fascism and Nazism were not anti-immigration movements – at least not first and foremost. I don’t think immigration would have been much of an issue in Italy in the 1920s / 1930s – more the opposite. And the Nazis were pro-migration- look up Generalplan Ost.

  20. It’s either far left or far right. Two cheeks of the same bum. There’s nothing in the middle. Both sides have good arguments but everyone has to out shout and be more extreme than everyone else. Both sides need a massive kick up the backside. Childish.

  21. You know Farage wants an American style insurance based NHS right ?

    Say good to free healthcare

Soon you’ll be selling your home for cancer treatment

  22. The absloute hubris the left has thinking a bunch of white, working class patriotic Christian British lads who were born in the 1910’s and 20’s would agree with them is maddening.

You insult our history every other day, why this sudden and pathetic appeal to our past? Literally putting words into the mouths of dead men who came from a completely different world.

They’d likely ask you instead why the streets they grew up on are are unrecognisable? When did their local pub close down? Why can’t their great grandkids afford a home and find good jobs? And how could our governments let this happen?

  23. If there are millions of people who start to move towards this ideology, the government only have themselves to blame for creating the circumstances where it could develop.

The way we have handled immigration and integration in this country has been appalling, and has created a legitimate feeling that the British working class are bottom of the pile.

The current sentiment is not founded on fiction. Exaggeration? There’s certainly some of that. Prejudice – you bet. But it’s not fiction. The government have failed and acted in a way which undermines the trust of the people and are neglecting their own peoples needs.

  24. There’s a good argument for saying Britain joinjng the war was a bad decision.  It’s a decision we never fully recovered from.

  25. The country is a disgrace to all who made the ultimate sacrifice.

The fact politicians think they have the right to do what they’re doing disgusts me. The arrogance.

Im in full support of legal migrant with safety checks and the integration to our way of life, setting up as independent from our way of life will never work and create division.

  26. We really need to bring back the practice of Punching racists.

  27. They would have had more in common and believed in many of the same ideas as reform etc. people really needs to learn the basics of history.

  28. Most of the people from ww2 would be ashamed of how the UK is now.
The government putting everyone else before its own citizens, police arresting people for posting a ln england flag on twitter instead of rapist pedophiles gangs and even threatens the victims, a two tier policing policy based on race (introduced in March).

Its hilarious how many people will say this silly stuff but not a single person will be willing to have a conversation and say why its wrong, or even at what point they’d consider illegal immigration an issue and why. Like would 5% of the countries population being illegal immigrants be enough? 10? 25? 40?

  29. Make your mind up.
“The right, Reform, and those who voted for Brexit are old, old grandads stuck with the Empire in mind and the old ways. A lot of them will be dead soon due to their age.”

    The next day

“Those war hero’s would not be happy.”

You bash the old one day, then try to claim they would be pro left the next.

  30. It’s so easy to play this game. “These brave lads stood up to defend our way of life”, etc.

  31. Don’t forget Hitler and Mussolini were both racists and leaned heavily to the Left but the Left has tried to rewrite history and call them Far Right?
Whenever the Left go on marches why do a lot of cover there faces and who are they hiding from? The truth!

  32. Not all British soldiers were white. Why can’t we just teach this in schools

  33. The battle of Cable Street in 1936 was a crucial event in British history, particularly London. A fascist march was stopped and chased out by an overwhelming turnout of anti-fascist Londoners, Jewish immigrants, black, white, Chinese. Literally everyone was getting involved to make a point that they stood against the events in far-right Europe.

Not even 100 years later, it feels like that grandkids and great-grandkids of the people who stood for the protection and freedom of this country have become the same fascist group marching through the streets.

It just makes me sad that this is our nation now. Once proudly against fascism, now proudly standing for it.
