No shit sherlock. Though I have to wonder how many of these people actually realize *why* the properties are so affordable before they moved in. I once drove through Steenokkerzeel and a plane flew what seemed like, maybe 50 to 100 meters max over me. I can’t imagine anyone not noticing that when viewing a property. I just can’t.
