Yesterday they were all banging the drum about a trans roommate and it was a circular source of Fox News and the New York Post being picked up by the daily mail. In the “article” itself it even stated that it was an unconfirmed picture. These people are literally the dumbest mfs.

    I’m trying to trace it, but googling just gives me an ocean of right wing react channels.

    I’m not saying it’s not true, it could be, it would be weird considering what we know, but weird things happen.

    My problem with it is that it smacks of Paul Pelosi. After he was attacked in his home, the right wing made up the story that he was attacked by his secret gay lover.

    A story that ultimately showed to have no basis whatsoever.

    But it did the job, it sucked the air out of the conversation at the time, and weeks later, when the truth came out, everyone was on to the next thing.

    The “trans boyfriend” story feels like a similar operation. The source seems to be the NY post that claims an anonymous source in the police.
